When a new employee comes to our company, he must take one-month training. Only pass the examination can he become a probationary staff. Then he needs to act as a probationary employee for 3 months during which time, HR department and his department manager will follow-up and do surveys to him. After probation period, if he is qualified, he can become a regular staff and sign Labor Contract.
Huayun trains regular staffs at fixed periods, including enterprise institution culture, products knowledge, security education and so on. We also gather staffs from different departments to have a symposium to exchange working experience. What we must do is to enhance our advantage and diminish weaknesses to the greatest extent.
